More than fifteen years working in public broadcasting at PBS and NPR affiliate stations in Pennsylvania and Georgia has helped me to develop the media production, writing and communication skills that I use today in a variety of ways. Throughout my career, I’ve been able to connect with viewers, listeners, and community members in profound ways by creating award-winning content.
My full-time position is in strategic communications for the new School of Public Policy at Penn State. In this role, I am responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital and print content, media outreach, social media, and producing media-rich content to promote faculty research.
My life and work have been very interconnected. It’s been more than a job, it’s been a passion. I’m excited to find new opportunities to expand my current skills. I look forward to tackling new projects, and to creating new partnerships.
